- En 2014 Melaza, ya en su segundo año de recorrido internacional, continúa festivaleando y recibiendo reconocimientos luego de pasar por más de 30 festivales y ganar 5 premios internacionales en 2013 (entre ellos la Biznaga de Plata en Málaga, el Premio del jurado en Vancouver y el Premio Revelación en Mannheim)
2014 recién empieza y Melaza ya sumó 2 nuevos premios a su lista de galardones. Esta vez fue el Premio de la Crítica en el 42 Festival Internacional de Cine de Belgrado y el World Showcase Award del Festival Internacional de Gasparilla en Tampa, Florida.
Desde el 27 de marzo y hasta el 27 de abril estará presentándose en el Atlántida Film Festival, el mayor festival de cine online. El Sábado 5 de abril se presentará en Theater La Luz en el Sonoma International Film Festival. Luego estará en el Havana Film Festival New York (El 8 de abril / 3:15PM & el 10 de abril / 7:15PM. QUAD CINEMA). El Tour de USA 2014 termina en el 30th Chicago Latino Film Festival (sábado 12 de abril / 9pm & Martes 15 de abril / 8:30pm @ AMC River East 21)

Melaza continues to receive critical acclaim and the recognition of audiences all over the world.2014 just started and the film has added 2 new awards to its curriculum.
